OMG – these are my favorite clips ever…. Really, have any of us ever been asked to leave … hee hee. So yes I have been working, yes I have been able to get into my size 4 pant which are still a tad tight. I know I’ve said this before but honestly I’m tired of killing myself to be perfect! I’m not working as hard as I could be, nor do I have to or want to. I’m perfect just the way I am right now – gotta love the skin I’m in today right? Slow and steady will get me to my goals, and you know what, it may not happen by this summer, and I’m ok with that. So what did I do for myself while I’m working toward firming up my lower half??? I found a fun way to cover up what I’m not completely comfortable with, I bought myself a pair of board short to wear with my bikini top, and some very very sexy maxi dressing – whooot woooooo!! This year I didn’t start soon enough to put a dent in the dimples on my butt and thighs – which btw is one of the toughest places to tone up. I have been getting stronger and have been able to jog down hills, my eating is better and there is no booze allowed ;-). I also love that my motivation seems to be increasing now because I’m physically and mentally feeling better – and not so much like a slug-mo.
Oh – and a little fun fact for the day …. 1 month ago my stats were: Weight: 142.6 Chest: 33 Waist: 26.5 Low waist: 31 Hips: 37 Thighs: 22.25 Calf: 15… Today – Weight: 144.2 Chest: 33 Waist: 26.5 Low waist 30 Hips: 37 Thighs: 22 Calfs: 15… My point – I weighed about 2 lbs more then and my Low waist and thigh measurements are lower today – so PLEASE – don’t get hung up on the scale… and check out my blog post on SCREW THE SCALE 🙂
