Oooops I did it again – week 1

Ok here I am again – as I mentioned last week – I need a little bit of a tune up… ok – I need a BIG tune up….

I have a lot of changes going on in my life right now and guess who is falling by the wayside – ME! Time to turn that frown upside down….

So today is the day I need to get real with myself, which means – measurements….and yes I am going to share, but no pictures, I know what I look like. Next I’m going to be gentle with myself and NOT beat myself up for getting back to where I was 3+ years ago.

My plan this week is to stretch each morning and get in 100 oz of water a day. Water is the key my friends. My food plan for me is not the devil – it’s adult beverages – so ix-nay on the ink-dray’s. 😉
