You Can’t Out Train a Bad Diet – Part 2

Saturday – June 18, 2011

Fat 30%, Carbs 48%, Protein 23% – this was a tough day – it started out well but I didn’t plan well, so when I came home from running an errand, and ate like 3 handful of nuts and a box of raisins… Ugh… So I started out with about an hour of walk / running and after the nut binge I spent 90 minutes mowing the lawn and then had a green smoothie after ….. went for an early dinner at Outback – usually my one cheat meal a week…. followed by some ice cream from Sully’s – my fav a small with 1 scoop of orange sherbet and 1 scoop of low fat sugar-free coffee – I LOVE SATURDAY NIGHT!!
