You Can’t Out Train a Bad Diet – Part 2

Monday – June 20, 2011- Carbs 54%, protein 28%, Fats 18% – oh Monday – I did really well up until dinner.. My stomach felt really yucky when I got home and unfortunately there was Kraft Macaroni and Cheese in the house – one of my comfort foods, which honestly made my tummy feel better – regardless of that awful choice – here is my food for the day – I probably broke even with my calories in and out..

Sunday – June 19, 2011

Carbs – 52%  Fat 22%, Protein 26% – another high carb day….I’m not worried about the carbs in fruits and vegetables per say – although raisins are kinda high on the glycemic index, high in sugar, but then there was quinoa, and corn on the cob for dinner yikes a double starch …. then I had a little short cake… a triple carb….. Oh well
