Well it just about that time of year again… you know the time of year where we are like ok on New Year’s I’m going to get in shape, stop smoking, stop drinking, stop swearing so much… We’ve all been there and done that at least once in our life right?
For the last few years I’ve been posting my 8 tips to help you reach your health and fitness goals, and will be doing it again starting January 1, 2015. Of course, you can get it all right now – yup – that’s it over to the left 😉
So fist off I just want to tell you this year I have not been the pillar of health and fitness… nope – like you I have to deal with life on life’s terms – which for me includes a bronchial pneumonia over the last 10 days or so. I tried to push through which just made it worse. So now I just have to sit with it and let my body heal…. I had been walking the dogs two miles every day, which kept my weight about the same, but damn – my muscle has all turned to flab – I even have cellulite on my arms right now and I’m about 137 lbs… What the hell! Oh yeah – I haven’t been hitting the weights. I haven’t made time for the weights. Which is why I am giving myself a little post x-mas gift…. That’s right – Valerie Waters 😉 ( Ya that’s her over to the right) Six years ago I joined her Red Carpet Ready on -line fitness program and was able to get into the best shape of my life. She is FINALLY offering it again starting Jan 5 2015 and I’m all in. I seem to need a virtual kick in the pants so I’m giving it to myself… Also this is perfect timing considering I’ll be starting Yoga School on February 12 2015. SO flipping excited.
I do hope you will join me over the next 8 weeks. This is some pretty simple stuff, but as I hear around the halls – not easy.
