Beach Blanket Bingo – Six – Five – Four….

dancingWrapping up week 5 and feeling pretty good….. On the excercise front – my follow through this week has been a ten even though my allergies are still kicking my butt. Food-wise it is time to cut out the nightly ice cream cones from a local stand – dammit! Once or twice on the weekend is going to have to do it if I want to get this thing done. Especially since I am planning a trip with some of my girls this summer – I definately don’t want no extra jiggle in my wiggle 🙂

This past Sat and Sunday I was able to get in the Kayak which was amazing – weather not too hot and not too cold…. Even got Miss Chula out with me; I do wish she would lay down instead of sit on me – it make it a little challeging to paddle ya know. I also got my runs in Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday – I should call them slow jogs – oy, I’m such a poke, my 2 Valslide 20 workouts in, and my upper body strength workouts done… Yikes – talk about hurt so good… I am really starting to see the definition in my arms come back…. and then there are my legs… My legs are always a challenge, however I know I can get that cellulite off them. I’ve done it before and I can do it again. The jogging and Valslides will help me get there and of course watching my processed sugars / simple carbs intake. Hoping for the power of muscle memory to help me out.

… and lastly – tonight I’m gonna party. My younger sister is turning 50 so we are throwing her a semi-surprise party… She knows there could be one, she just has no idea when 😉 and let me tell you there will be dancing …. a 150 pound person dancing for 30 minutes will burn 150 calories – Whoot!!

Tuesday – C25K w/Chula / Yoga Lunch
Wednesday – 3mile dog walk / VS20
Thursday – C25K w/Chula / PM Bi / Tri / Back / Chest /Shoulders
Friday – 3 mile dog walk / VS20
Saturday – C25K w/Chula then Bi / Tri / Back / Chest /Shoulders
Sunday – 3 mile dog walk / Kayak weather permitting

* Also gonna try to do the Booty42 Protocol
