How to flip ON your skinny swith – spot light on Dr. Johnny Bowden

skinny switchI love when people share great information on Facebook… Just recently a friend shared the below link which is an advertisement but also has some great info that I’d like to share.

Have you ever heard of Carb Intolerance? So Dr. Johnny’s sales pitch is on how to Control Cravings which has nothing to do with will power by the way. My guess is that he is going to have you add protein to each meal because eating protein with a carbs or a starch slows the sugar absorption into your system – preventing insulin spikes which help curb cravings….. but if you happen to buy his program and I’m off base here I’d love for you to let me know.
