Ok – this is short and sweet, but I just had to share!!!
FINALLY – the scale moved!!! How did I do it? Ha – you know what I’m going to say…..
I planned and I followed that plan … Planning + Consistency = Success!
Ya it almost killed me, but I pushed through and am now happily under 140 – 139.6 to be exact!! 🙂
Here’s the break down…
I increased the intensity of my workouts and I ate about 90 % clean. What does that mean?? Really it’s a simple calculation….
If I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day (5) and multiply that by 7 days in a week (7×5) that is 35, 90% of that is about 3 of what I call cheats allowed in a week…. other than that I was spot on with what I planned….. so what were my cheats… I did crack and have some peanut m&m’s, and I may have had an extra serving of carbs here or there, but nothing too crazy.
The first few weeks is ALWAYS the hardest – I could have given up after last week when I didn’t see any results, but didn’t – and boy am I glad I didn’t.
Once you get that Suh-weet taste of success – you just want to keep going and I do!
