15 sec rest
each circuit 2-3 sets
rest 1 -2 min between circuits

DB Squat & Press
½ Jacks –(try not to collapse your knees!)
BB Bent over Row
Skaters
SB Bridges
Hill Run 15.0 incline 4.5 speed
Bosu pushup

Circuit 2

DB Reach Lunge & Press
DB Step-ups
SB Press
Bosu Lateral Shuffle
Valslide 1-arm Push Away
Hill Run 15.0 incline 4.5 speed
Valslide Reverse Lunge w/Lateral Raise & Front Raise
