Oy what a tough week for me… ended up with hubby’s cold. Being sick I really didn’t have the energy to push myself in the gym like I wanted to. But somehow I managed to lose a pound… back down to 137…. progress not perfection right!!
How’d I do…
1. Get to the gym M – F at work – 1 vs 600, 2 home-brew and 2 cardio – Saturday Cardio – Got to the gym M – W only….
2. NO sugar this week – this may kill me – alright this was not a good goal for me… I did however get 3 out of 7
3. lose 1 pound – yup
4. Weigh my food – did not do this
5. be gentle with myself – nope – this I definitely need to work on.
My goodness – time flies when you’re having fun! Here we are at week 3 already and you know the drill ladies …This is when the excitement may start to wear off – so push yourself to continue to commit and work toward your final goal from week 1!!!

Starting week 3 weight for me 137.4 …Here are my week 3 goals….
- Hit 136 lbs
- Get in 3 weight resistant and 3 cardio workouts
- No vending machine
- Get ALL my PT stretches and work in this week – been slacking
- Plan any and all cheats!
