This has been one of those weeks….back from camping Sunday where I think I got a little heat exhaustion after my adventure looking for Chula and the hot weather over the 4th of July weekend…. Monday I tried getting through boot camp and felt sick to my stomach and had to leave early… Tuesday – Friday I just didn’t feel well. Chula ended up going to doggie day care on Thursday and Friday because I didn’t feel well enough to walk her.
So I’m going start again….. Saturday I did a 2 mile walk with Chula and about two hours of gardening. Today Beach…… Hauling the stuff through the sand is a workout in itself….
With a new week upon me … hmmmm, What to do – what to do?
Boot camp isn’t working out like I thought. Spinning is not going to happen…..
So I’m going back to my roots and what I know works…. My Valerie Waters Action Hero Babe workouts Build, Burn, and Sculpt on Mon / Wed and Friday at 6 am and then Chula walk. Tuesday and Thursday Couch 2 5k…….. Evenings weather permitting Kayaking – just for the pure joy of it…
Food will be the same as it has…..
