This 4 week program is split into four mini workshops for a very specific reason – to help you create building blocks that will help promote ongoing consistency in your life – One of the two key components to success.

To celebrate the launch of “Unlocking the Secret to Success” I am offering for the month of June and June only at no additional charge – a full body, food and life style evaluation, and 1-1 coaching to ensure you reach the goals we set for you! (July 1 this service will bill at $97) Because I’ve decided on rolling registration anyone who signs up between 6/1 and 6/30 will be guaranteed the evaluation and 1-1 coaching free…. I’ll even let you choose your start date…. If you buy in June and can’t start until July 15th – no worries…..
As soon as you sign up regardless of your start date, I will send you an email which will include you personal health and fitness journal, a questionnaire to prepare for our 1-1 call and instant access to a private facebook page where you will get daily support and be held accountable.

Week 2:
- Getting real with yourself
- Food overview – what’s hot and what’s not!
- My Secret Weapon
- Why pre-work and portion control works
- The truth about calories
- The most effective type of exercise and what has consistently worked for me
Week 3:
- The ABC’s of hormones
- The three major hormones that can prevent weight loss and what you can do to overcome them!
- Why sleep is so important – a must know!
- Well-being – what it is and how to enhance it
- Why taking time for yourself can help you reach your fitness goals faster
- Self appreciation – love the skin you’re in baby!
Week 4:
- Motivation – what it is, how to find it and how to keep it going through the creation of your own vision board and vision statement.
- How bad do you want it – I’m all in, are you?
