Results for week 3 –
1. down .8 lbs –
2. got in 3 resistance and 2 cardio
3. hit the vending machine 1 time – yesterday
4. did do PT stretches once a day
5. did plan all cheats, except yesterday

Over all not bad – work was very stressful this past week, very busy which was very draining, and made it hard push myself as much as I wanted. I did have to do one of my cardio workouts at home, which is not my fav thing to do, but I did it. By yesterday I was just completely burnt, but am proud of myself for pushing through regardless.
Now my goals / commitments for this week
Starting weight 136.6
1. drop 1 lb
2. 3 weight resistant (Sunday Tues and Thursday) / 3 cardio workouts (Sat, Mon and Wed), Friday off.
3. No vending Machine at this point this should be a given – but still putting it out there.
4. Get my PT stretches 1 time a day / add PT work to my resistance training workout (Y,T and W’s)
5. Plan all my cheats!
6. No carbs with breakfast or dinner M-Th and only brown rice or quinoa with lunch – and measure all food M-Th.
7. Weigh in on Friday – wish me luck!!
