Ok – at boot camp a few of the girls hung back and asked – what else should we be doing to increase our results … The answer – Diet and Interval Training! For those of you who have not had the opportunity to view my husband’s Blog – check it out! I’ve had the best luck with clients who workout 3 weight sessions & 3 interval sessions a week. Yes, it’s not easy, it’s a commitment. But to transform your body, you have to put in the time. Workouts should never be over an hour per session.
