Here you come again…. A dedication to Ice Cream….

My down fall this summer for sure… Ever since Sulley’s opened I can’t seem to get a grip – I’ve fallen and I’ve fallen hard…. I’m in love with the Coffee Almond Fudge, Mocha Chip, and Maple Walnut. I also love to mix coffee and orange sherbet – HEY don’t dis it until you’ve tried it. Hood use to have a flavor called autumn when I was growing up. It had coffee, vanilla and orange sherbet – super yummy!

Everything else has been pretty good – workouts could be better, but food – except for my nightly Ice Cream – has been spot on….. I’m not gaining, but I’m not losing…. This week I started getting up at 5:45 with my sister Jenn and go for a 30 minute walk with the dogs and then do a 30 minute Beach Bodies workout on DVD. I’ve been helping her pack her lunch, while I do mine – We both took our weight and measurements – for me the only change is adding in the Pilates / Yoga mix workout – ummm loving it!

Like I mentioned last week – it seems like the same ole, same ole – day in and out… and guess what? It is… I’m being consistent; my plan is so engrained in my little brain I’m on automatic pilot most of the time. I’ve weighed, measured, chopped, bopped my food so many times at this point I can eye ball what the correct serving size is…. With Ice Cream a serving is 1/2 cup – my serving size never that – nope – it’s usually 5 times that – seriously it’s nuts – well I do measure the nuts I put on top 😉 Going to try to move to smaller servings and frozen yogurt instead…. Oy – such is life!
